Marcin Young People's Jury Prize

The Young People’s Jury of the 26th International Young Audience Film Festival Ale Kino!, comprising: Anna Kiedrzynek, Jakub Dobroszek, Michał Wilkołazki, Jakub Socha, and Michał Walkiewicz, having seen twenty seven competition films, decided to award the main prize and one honourable mention.

The honourable mention for the best music trio of the last few years goes to KJFG NO. 5 directed by Alexei Alexeev.

The main prize - for proving that youth is not only synchronic suicides, mass murders and dance shows in the streets; that youth is something more than just dirty slums, bleak suburbs and sensual French girls; that youth is also slow days turning into slow nights, when you can roam the city, make your first deals, cure a broken heart and discover that it isn’t any easier for grown-ups - goes to THE WACKNESS directed by Johnathan Levine.
