Jakub Dobroszek

Born in 1991. At present he is a student of Nicolaus Copernicus Senior Secondary School in Cieszyn, Poland. A winner of the first, second and third prizes at three subsequent editions of a screenplay competition run by ZigZap TV channel. The film Komers, which he directed, has won the first prize at the French-language Film Festival in Poznań, while he has picked up the best director award. A winner of numerous literary competitions. He cooperates with the weekly Głos Ziemi Cieszyńskiej on a regular basis. Besides amateur directing and screenwriting, he is into Jean Michel Jarre’s music and Quentin Tarantino’s films.
