Joe Hall

Producer and Programmer of Discovery - Scotland's International Film Festival for Children and Young People. The festival was established in 2004 with a core aim to provide new and increased opportunities for children, young people and their families in Scotland to see the best screen media from all over the world and develop a greater understanding of moving image culture. Joe has played a central role in developing moving image education for Schools in Scotland and the annual Discovery Festival at Dundee Contemporary Arts, Dundee, is now written into our national screen agency's corporate policy document.

Joe is driven by a passion for using film as a uniquely engaging resource for learning.
