MISA MI

MISA I WILKI / MISA MI

16th December, 10:00, Multikino 51

Father of ten-year-old Misa, after the death of her mother, tries to build a new family with another woman. The girl runs away to stay with her grandma in the country. Trading television for tundra, Misa makes friends with Gustaf, a Lappish boy. Soon, Misa has to confront her stubborn city cynicism with the traditional culture of nomads. The country haven is not as safe as it would seem. Misa finds a beautiful snow she-wolf with two whelps to feed. The animals are lonely like Misa and as proud as her. When local people find sheep slain by wolves and hire poachers to kill protected animals, Misa starts a race against time to save the lives of the two whelps - bereaved and vulnerable. Will she be able to save the wolf family? Will she save hers?
